Equity and Patronage Member Summary for Cooperatives has been enhanced in the Levridge Equity and Patronage 2025 Release 1.0. Several exciting new features improve the user experience and provide detailed insights into the Equity and Patronage solution include:

Updated Member Summary

One of the significant changes in the 2025 R1 Patronage module is the updated homepage summary. When you navigate to the homepage, you now see a comprehensive summary of all equity and patronage for your members and organization. The summary includes a pie chart at the top, providing a visual breakdown of the information. As you scroll down, you will find detailed information for each period, including the current amount for each category, such as non-qualified retains and patronage. The summary also totals up the amounts for each period and category, offering a clear overview of your data.

Stock Summary

The new stock summary feature provides a visual breakout of the types of stock you have, such as Stock ABC or common stock. The summary includes the total stock count, estimated value, and the number of unique stockholders. This feature helps you understand the distribution of stockholders within each class and provides an all-up view of your data. Additionally, you can download both the stock summary and equity summary for further analysis.

Member-Level Views

By navigating to the member information page, you can view the equity per period for each member, similar to the organizational summary. This feature provides a detailed breakdown of retains and patronage for each member from 2010 to 2024, along with the total amounts for each period and category. The member-level views also include a stock summary, showing the amount of each stock that a member holds.

Stock Certificate Access

Clicking on the “All Stock” option, you can see the stock certificates by account and stock class, including the certificate number, number of shares, and the value of those shares.

This feature allows you to search for specific members and view their stock information, providing easier access to detailed stock data.
