The Levridge 2024 Release 3.0 introduced new features that will significantly enhance your risk reporting capabilities.

DPR and Long/Short reporting groups have been integrated into the Levridge 2024 Release 3.0 to provide more flexibility and efficiency in managing your organization’s risk reports. Whether you have multiple locations or specific regions that need to be grouped together for risk reporting purposes, this new feature allows you to do so quickly and easily.

Setting Up Reporting Groups

Go to Commodity Accounting > Setup > Risk > Reporting Groups.

Create a New Reporting Group: You can set up a new site or reporting group. For instance, you might create a group called “My Locations” that includes specific branches like Alexandria and Arthur. Once you’ve selected the branches, save your new reporting group.

With your reporting groups set up, you can now use them in your daily position reports (DPR) and Long/Short reports.

Daily Position Report (DPR): When running the DPR, you’ll notice a new option to select your reporting group. By choosing “My Locations,” the report will automatically filter to include only the branches you’ve specified.

Long/Short Hedge Position Report: Similarly, the Long/Short hedge position report now includes the reporting group feature. Select your group to view the hedge positions for your specified locations.

Long/Short Delivery Position: This report also benefits from the new reporting group functionality, allowing you to filter by your custom groups.

The addition of reporting groups in Levridge 2024 Release 3.0 enhances both efficiency and accuracy for managing Daily Position Reports and risk.
