The Levridge 2025 Release 1.0 for Ag Sales now includes a new feature designed to streamline invoice management and enhance user experience: the Sales Invoice Lines Inquiry page.

To find this feature, go to Ag Sales > Invoices > Sale Invoice Lines

The Sales Invoice Lines Inquiry page helps users locate specific sales invoice lines with ease. Whether you’re searching for a particular customer, item, or transaction within a defined date range, this tool simplifies the process. By default, the system sets the date range to the last six months, but users can customize it to suit their needs.

One of the standout features is the “Available to Return” filter. This option allows user to identify items that are eligible for return, excluding those that have already been fully returned. The return process introduced in 2025 R1 tightly integrates this functionality, making it a vital tool for managing post-sale activities.

Upon initiating a search, users are greeted with a pop-up warning that the process might take some time—an important heads-up for those working with extensive databases. Once the system completes the search, it populates the results in a grid format, with each row representing a sales invoice line and including details such as:

  • Item name
  • Invoice number (with navigation links)
  • Sales agreement ID
  • Prepayment amount
  • Sales order number
  • Parent order reference

This comprehensive view allows users to quickly assess the status and history of each transaction. Selecting a line with a parent order activates the “Related Splits” box, which displays associated data like prepayment amounts and agreement IDs.

Precision Filtering

The inquiry page offers filtering capabilities where users can narrow down results by customer, item, or both. Additional filters include the “Available to Return” quantity and refined date ranges.

Moreover, the page includes navigation shortcuts to related financial data. With a few clicks, users can access payment distribution details, vouchers, transactions, and payment records for the selected customer.

Seamless Integration with Sales Orders

A similar feature has been embedded directly into the sales order interface. When viewing a sales order line, users can click the “Invoice History” button located in the action strip. This shortcut redirects them to the Sales Invoice Lines Inquiry page, pre-populated with the relevant customer and item information.

Real-World Impact

Sales teams can now respond to customer inquiries with greater speed and accuracy. Finance professionals gain clearer visibility into payment histories and prepayment allocations. And customer service representatives can manage returns more effectively, thanks to the “Available to Return” filter.

Features like this will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction as agribusinesses continue to seek ways to optimize their processes. Whether you’re tracking down a specific invoice or managing complex return scenarios, the Sales Invoice Lines Inquiry page provides clarity and control.
