With the release of Levridge 2025 Release 2, Bushel Invoice Integration allows users to push posted sales order invoices and their associated data tables directly to the Bushel platform. This means that once an invoice is created and posted in Levridge, it can be automatically transferred to Bushel for further processing, visibility, and payment tracking.

Key Functionalities

The integration supports a wide range of invoice types and scenarios:

• Split Invoices: If a sales order involves multiple parties, the system can generate and send individual invoices for each member of the split. This ensures clarity and accountability for all stakeholders.
• Sales Return Credit Invoices: When a credit invoice is created and posted due to a return, it is also sent to Bushel. This keeps the customer records accurate and up to date.
• Payment Applications: When a payment is applied to an invoice, the integration updates the invoice in Bushel accordingly. It recognizes different payment types, including prepaid and regular cash payments, and reflects these in the portal.
