Enhancing Settlement Requests with Contract Filtering: In Levridge Commodity Accounting 2024 Release 3.0, the settlement request functionality has been enhanced with the ability to allow users to filter scale tickets by contract when creating a settlement request.

This is particularly useful when you have multiple contracts and only want to settle tickets associated with a specific contract, leaving others open for future settlements.

Initiate a Settlement Request: Navigate to the Commodity Accounting > Settlement > Settlement Requests and creating a new settlement request.

You will see a list of scale tickets applied to different contracts.

Filter by Contract: Use the new “Filter by Contract” button to display only the tickets associated with the selected contract.

Imagine you have several scale tickets applied to two different contracts. You only want to settle the tickets for contract #12, leaving the others for later. By using the filter by contract feature, you can easily select and settle only the tickets for contract #12, ensuring a smooth and efficient settlement process.
