If the default is set to ‘no’, the system will not automatically mark a purchase advance, and it will have to be manually completed by the user.
Recognizing Outbound Inventory with Scale Ticket | This feature is enabled using feature management to create a sales order when the ticket is created. There are options in Commodity parameters under Tickets and Outbound tickets to allow manual post of an outbound ticket, auto post when fully applied, and post when imported (post reference means post packing slip, so the order is delivered). The system will use a default ticket discount schedule to estimate shrink if the outbound ticket has not yet been applied to a sales contract (if enabled in Commodity parameters). Once the outbound ticket is posted (post packing slip) any changes to the applied sales contracts to the ticket will be trued up at the time of invoice. Additional functionality is available when invoicing outbound tickets: (1) Option to summarize all tickets to one invoice and this can be the default from the customer account (2) Group invoices based on delivery address and this can be the default from the customer account (3) If there are multiple payment terms for the selected tickets and the option is set to summarize tickets to one invoice, the system will generate an invoice for each payment term (4) The user can view and change the Invoice date and Due date when invoicing outbound tickets. If it is set to ‘None’, then ‘None’ will display there that field.
