In this new R2 Levridge feature, we delve into the advanced capabilities of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) in handling purchase orders through the integration of order response. The process begins with vendors transmitting ship notice messages to D365 F&O. Leveraging the robust capabilities of the Levridge framework, these messages seamlessly traverse through the Azure Service Bus, making their way into designated staging tables within D365 F&O.

Key Features:

  1. Effortless Message Transfer: The integration utilizes Microsoft/Azure services to facilitate a smooth transfer of ship notice messages from vendors to D365 F&O staging tables.
  2. Optimized Layout: While maintaining the core automation, this design optimizes the layout of the Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) staging table. Notable changes include the condensation of external item references and agencies into two user-friendly fast tabs: “Header Identifiers” and “Line Identifiers.”
  3. Comprehensive Automation: The automation process remains robust, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling purchase ship notice details. Fast tabs incorporate multiple sub-tabs, meticulously organized to capture various identifiers associated with the received orders.

This feature provides a comprehensive solution for businesses seeking to enhance their purchase order processing within the D365 F&O environment. By seamlessly integrating order response, and optimizing layout structures, organizations can achieve a higher level of automation, reducing manual efforts and increasing overall operational efficiency.
