The load order system for Grain Processors within Levridge allows you to have complete control of all outbound commodities. Built on Dynamics 365, Levridge takes advantage of the Microsoft cloud which provides anywhere, anytime access, automatic backups, and strong security. Additionally, Levridge understands the customer, grower, and vendor are all stakeholders in your business, so they can interact with the software in a secure self-serve portal with information based on their specific account.

Within Levridge, load orders allow you to plan, trace, and process all outbound commodity transactions. There are four reasons for Grain Processors to use load orders for outbound:

1. Planning

There are many benefits to planning your load orders. You know exactly when and how they’re going to ship, and where they’re going to. This allows you to ensure you have enough quantity on hand to fulfill the loads required that day.

2. Security

When a truck driver arrives to pick up commodities, they have to relay a load or ticket number to complete the pick up. This ensures that your operators know what customer the order is for and that the pick up has been approved.

3. Traceability

Load orders can be traced from the origination to completion. This allows you to have information on each load, no matter if it’s scheduled, in progress, or completed.

4. Efficiency

When a load order has been issued, all information about the customer, order and contract is available. When the scale ticket is created, the load order is associated and all information is automatically included with no manual reentry.

Once you’ve put your load order system in place, they are completed in three simple steps:

Load Order Issued

Load orders are issued directly from a sales contract and can be for the entire contract or for a certain number of loads.

Loan Order Shipped

Once shipped, an outbound scale ticket is generated that is associated with the load order. This completes the pick up of the commodities.

Load Order Invoiced

A sales invoice is generated that includes load order information.
